Peptide Week Plan
Tick each shot as you take it. Your peptides, vials and doses are on the Peptides tab. Pick a start date when you're ready and the dates fill in.
The week

Tap a day above, or swipe the card left or right.
Tap the circle when a shot is done. A day turns green when every pin is ticked. Future days unlock on the day. Up to Oct 22, TB-500 and BPC-157 shared one syringe (one tick). From Fri, Oct 23 each peptide is its own shot and its own tick.
🔔 Set phone reminders
Add each peptide to Google Calendar once. It repeats on the right days and your phone reminds you. If your Google account is on your iPhone, it shows in the iPhone Calendar too.
If you change a dose or days later, add that reminder again and delete the old one.
How the shots are given
TB-500 · its own syringe
Draw 40–50 units from the TB-500 vial and inject. Tick it on its own.
BPC-157 · its own syringe
Fresh syringe, draw 10–20 units from the BPC-157 vial and inject at a different site. Tick it on its own.
No mixing from now on
Every peptide gets its own syringe. Monday and Thursday mornings are now 2 AM shots plus GHK-Cu in the evening (3 pins).
History
Mixing, doses and cycles
Units are marks on a U-100 insulin syringe (100 units = 1 mL). Numbers are locked so nothing changes by accident. Tap Edit on a card to change the vial size, BAC water, dose or units to draw: the others work themselves out, and nothing is saved until you tap Save and confirm. Write the dose in mg, or add "mcg", like 250 mcg. Vial mixed and Vial runs out help you keep track of each vial. On weeks and rest weeks are on the Cycles tab.
Add what you take
Tap "Add to my week" on each one you use. After adding, tap Edit to match your own vial, dose and days.

💾 Backup & restore
Your plan and ticks are saved in this browser only. Clearing Safari, or opening the link in another app (like inside WhatsApp), can show an empty plan. Keep a backup.
To restore, paste a backup code here (or pick a backup file) and tap Restore.
Cycles
A cycle is how many weeks you take a peptide, then how many weeks you rest before starting again. Tap Edit to set the day you started, the weeks on and the weeks off. Set weeks off to 0 to stop for good after the on weeks. On your week, rest days show "rest" and the shots disappear until you start again.
