Tap the circle when a shot is done. A day turns green when every pin is ticked. Future days unlock on the day. Up to Oct 22, TB-500 and BPC-157 shared one syringe (one tick). From Fri, Oct 23 each peptide is its own shot and its own tick.

🔔 Set phone reminders

Add each peptide to Google Calendar once. It repeats on the right days and your phone reminds you. If your Google account is on your iPhone, it shows in the iPhone Calendar too.

If you change a dose or days later, add that reminder again and delete the old one.

How the shots are given

TB-500 · its own syringe

Draw 40–50 units from the TB-500 vial and inject. Tick it on its own.

BPC-157 · its own syringe

Fresh syringe, draw 10–20 units from the BPC-157 vial and inject at a different site. Tick it on its own.

No mixing from now on

Every peptide gets its own syringe. Monday and Thursday mornings are now 2 AM shots plus GHK-Cu in the evening (3 pins).
